About Fortzone Battle Royale
You start Fortzone Battle Royale on a bus above the island. Where you get off is up to you. There are houses and roads below, patches of woodland and open stretches that look rather less inviting when someone starts shooting. Getting down is easy. Having a plan for the next minute is the useful part.
Once you land, look for a weapon. Then take a moment to see what is actually in your inventory. A bag full of equipment does very little for you if you reach for the wrong slot during a fight. The safe area also keeps getting smaller, which puts a limit on how long you can spend searching one place.
Building changes what counts as a good position. You can put something between yourself and an opponent, but parts of the environment can be destroyed too. Cover buys time; it is not a promise that you can sit there for the rest of the round. Vehicles offer another way to move around the island.
Before any of that, there is a character to set up. Choose a look, continue to the lobby and open Play. A new profile can enter Single Battle Royale. Team Battle Royale is marked level 4, and Royale Duel level 6, so those two can wait while you learn your way around.
How to play Fortzone Battle Royale
Stay alive until nobody else is left. You will need to keep track of the storm as well as the opponents around you.
- From the lobby, select Play and an unlocked mode. Single Battle Royale is available on a fresh profile.
- Watch the island from the bus and pick a landing spot. Nearby shelter is useful while you search for your first weapon.
- Collect supplies and check which inventory slots you are using. Switch weapons before you need them, rather than trying every number key under fire.
- Check the map, leave yourself time to reach safety and keep something between you and incoming shots where possible.
- As the round gets tighter, take stock before moving. A reload and a look at the map can be worth more than another rushed fight.

Tips for a better round
- You do not have to chase every shot you hear. If your equipment is poor or the storm is close, moving on may be the better decision.
- Practise opening building mode somewhere quiet. Finding the right key for the first time while taking damage is a rough introduction.
- Loot with an exit in mind. It is easy to spend too long looking down at equipment and miss what is happening around the building.
Questions about Fortzone Battle Royale
Is this the same game as Fortnite?
The game here is Fortzone Battle Royale, a separate browser shooter. It has its own character setup, modes and progression.
Does Fortzone Battle Royale need an internet connection?
Yes. The browser loads the game files and connects to the game developer’s online services. Keep the connection active during a round.
Why are some modes locked?
The menu in this version requires level 4 for Team Battle Royale and level 6 for Royale Duel. Use an available mode while those options are locked.
How should I start on a computer?
Use a keyboard and mouse, click inside the player and follow the game’s prompts. Fullscreen gives the map and inventory more room without changing the controls.
