Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the PlayFG website, its articles and game pages. “PlayFG”, “we” and “our” refer to the team running this service. Please read the terms before continuing. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.

You must be at least thirteen and meet any higher minimum age required for your use in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who has read these terms. A particular game may be appropriate only for an older audience. Meeting our general minimum age does not make every game suitable for you.

PlayFG lets visitors discover browser games, read game guides and follow gaming news. Games may run from our hosting domain or through a separate provider. Availability and features can differ by device, browser and connection. We may repair, replace or remove a game, correct a page, or pause a feature for maintenance or other legitimate operational reasons.

Browsing and playing do not currently require a PlayFG account or a subscription payment to us. Your own internet and device costs still apply. An advertisement or a separate game service may offer something for sale; that does not make it a PlayFG checkout. Never assume that a purchase is required merely because a banner says so.

You may use the site through its intended controls for your personal enjoyment and read its published material. That permission does not transfer ownership of games, artwork, trademarks, code or articles. A game’s rights belong to its respective rights holder; PlayFG’s own original materials remain ours or our licensors’.

Do not copy and republish the catalog, game files or articles, sell access to them, or present them as your own without the required permission. Some components have separate open-source or other licenses. Rights expressly granted by those licenses or by applicable law are not restricted by these terms.

For screenshots, streams or gameplay videos, check the relevant game creator’s conditions and the platform where you will publish. We cannot grant rights in someone else’s game, music or characters. Do not imply an official partnership with PlayFG without our agreement.

Use the service in a way that respects other people and keeps it available. In particular, do not:

• Attack the site, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass security and access restrictions.
• Use bots to manipulate play counts or advertising, generate invalid clicks, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Cheat or interfere with other players in an online game, impersonate someone, harass people, or disclose another person’s private information.
• Submit unlawful material, threats, fraud, spam or content that infringes somebody else’s rights.
• Remove rights notices or misrepresent the source of material you are permitted to use.

Ordinary browser accessibility tools and lawful rights granted by software licenses are not prohibited merely because they assist your use. If you find a security problem, report enough detail for us to investigate without accessing other people’s information or continuing a damaging test.

An embedded game may use external servers, accounts, chat, leaderboards or other features controlled by its operator. Their terms can apply alongside these terms. We do not operate every game server or moderate every in-game conversation. A link to another website is not a promise about that website’s safety, accuracy or availability.

Advertising helps support free access. Ads and their destinations are separate from editorial recommendations. If a game or advertiser offers a purchase, review the seller, price, recurring charges and refund terms before agreeing. PlayFG does not currently take card details or process those transactions. Claims about an external purchase should be raised with the seller or payment provider; you can also report the link to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, advertising and other data use. Parents should also read our Information for Parents. Neither a category label nor an image is a formal age rating.

Favorites, recently played games and appearance settings are stored in the browser you use. They are not a PlayFG cloud account. Individual games may save progress separately. Clearing site data, switching devices, using private browsing or a game update can remove or change what is available.

Keep any export or backup offered by the game if your progress matters to you. We cannot promise recovery of a local save, a high score or an item held by another provider. An old game may also behave differently in a modern browser or emulator.

You can report a problem or send a suggestion through our contact form or at [email protected]. Give an accurate account of the issue and include the affected page. You remain responsible for the information you submit. Do not include passwords or personal details belonging to somebody else without a proper reason.

You keep any rights you have in your message. By sending it, you allow us to use it as reasonably needed to investigate, respond and improve the service. Sending a suggestion does not create a paid consultancy, confidentiality agreement or obligation to adopt it. We will not treat a private support message as a public review.

For a copyright, trademark or other ownership concern, identify the work, the exact PlayFG URL, your connection to the rights holder, the nature of the issue and an email address for a reply. We may ask for supporting information and review, restrict or remove material where appropriate. A good-faith report should describe the actual disputed material rather than demand removal of an unrelated game.

Guides are written to help you get started, and news reflects information available when it is published. Release dates, external features and availability can change. Opinions and estimates are not guarantees. Tell us if you find a material error so we can review it.

We make the service available as it is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, a particular result in a game, or that every error will be fixed immediately. This does not exclude any quality standard or remedy that the law requires us to provide.

You are responsible for using your device safely and following applicable rules. Stop a game if it causes discomfort, and do not use it where doing so creates a hazard. Parents remain responsible for deciding which content and interactions are appropriate for a child in their care.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlayFG is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free service, or for independent services outside our control. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or other liability and consumer rights that cannot be limited.

We may restrict abusive traffic or suspend access to protect the service or meet a legal obligation. We will act reasonably in the circumstances. If you believe a restriction or another decision is mistaken, contact us and explain why. We encourage an attempt to resolve a dispute through our contact form first; this does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or remedy available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove protections you have as a consumer.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The updated date identifies the current text. Material changes will be indicated on the site where appropriate; changes do not take away rights that have already arisen. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as the law permits.
