About MagnetiBall
You cannot steer the ball directly in MagnetiBall. The magnets do the pulling, and your job is to decide which one to use. Accent’s puzzle has sixty levels of obstacles and traps between the ball and its destination. Before clicking anything, look at the route the ball would have to take. The nearest magnet is not necessarily the safest next stop.
Holding the mouse button changes what you can do. Click a magnet and keep holding: you can move the pointer away while the ball stays there. Touch another magnet without releasing and the ball goes towards that one. It gives you a way to prepare a transfer instead of treating every magnet as an isolated click.
There is also spin to consider. Clicking the same magnet again reverses it. If an attempt almost works, try changing one part of the sequence and watch the result. A different release or direction may teach you more than rushing through the same clicks. Some stages let you rotate the level as well, giving an awkward route another possible approach.
How to play MagnetiBall
Bring the ball to the end of each stage without touching a deadly trap.
- Find the ball, destination and magnets. Consider the obstacles between them.
- Click a magnet to attract the ball. Hold the button if you want to keep it there while moving the pointer.
- While still holding, move onto another magnet to transfer the ball towards it.
- Use Left and Right to rotate stages that permit rotation. Press Space to retry when an attempt fails.
Controls
| Input | Action |
|---|---|
| Mouse click / hold on a magnet | Attract the ball; hold to keep the magnet engaged. |
| Click the same magnet again | Reverse the ball’s spin. |
| Left / Right arrows | Rotate the level where that feature is allowed. |
| Space / Escape | Retry the stage / return to the main menu. |
Tips for a better round
- Trace a planned transfer with your eyes before moving the pointer. A route across another magnet may change where the ball goes.
- Use a retry to test a particular idea. Keep the successful part of the previous route and change the part that caused the collision.

Click the magnet and keep the mouse button held. It stays engaged until you release or move onto another magnet.
