About Missile Defense
Missile Defense gives you three launch sites and a line of cities to protect. Enemy missiles descend from the top of the screen, heading toward the buildings and defenses below. Your interceptors burst at the point you choose, leaving an expanding explosion that can catch several threats at once. A good shot depends on where the enemy will be when your interceptor arrives.
The rounds grow busier as you progress. Ammunition is limited, so firing at every trail as soon as it appears can leave you short when several missiles converge. Watch the whole sky, use overlapping blasts and try to keep more than one launch site available. The score tally rewards the cities and ammunition you carry through a wave.
How to play Missile Defense
Keep the cities alive by intercepting incoming missiles before they reach the ground.
- Choose Play and watch the first incoming trails to judge their speed.
- Move your pointer ahead of a missile, then click to launch toward that position.
- Place blasts where several incoming paths meet so one explosion can catch multiple threats.
- Check the ammunition dots above each base and save some shots for threats closer to the cities.
- Protect the remaining buildings through the wave and continue when the score tally finishes.

Tips for a better round
- Aim ahead of a descending trail. Your interceptor takes time to travel.
- Use a blast that is already expanding instead of spending another shot on a nearby missile.
- Watch the outer cities as well as the middle of the screen; a quiet corner can become the next target.
Questions about Missile Defense
Why did my shot miss?
The explosion happens at your chosen destination after the interceptor reaches it. Aim farther along an enemy missile's route so the two meet.
