About Dr. Pill
Dr. Pill gives you a bottle full of red, blue and yellow viruses and a steady supply of two-part capsules. Move a capsule over a useful column, rotate it and drop it into place. Four matching pieces in a horizontal or vertical line disappear, including any viruses in that line.
It sounds easy until the wrong half of a capsule lands on top of a colour you need. Each piece takes up room, and a careless drop can seal off the route to a virus below. Look at the next capsule on the right before you commit. Sometimes leaving a small gap is worth more than making the board look tidy.
How to play Dr. Pill
Remove every virus from the bottle to move on. Avoid filling the opening at the top with capsules you can no longer place.
- Choose Play and look for two or three matching colours that could become a line of four.
- Slide the falling capsule into the right column. Rotate it clockwise or anticlockwise to put the useful half beside your target colour.
- Use Down to lower it carefully. Press Space only when you are sure of the landing, because a hard drop commits immediately.
- Watch what falls after a line clears. A loose capsule half can settle lower and make another match.

Tips for a better round
- Work on buried viruses while there is still room above them. A match near the top is less useful if it blocks the only way down.
- Count both capsule halves before dropping. One good colour does not make the other half disappear.
Questions about Dr. Pill
Do diagonal matches count?
No. Make a straight line of at least four matching colours across a row or down a column.
Why did only half a capsule disappear?
The matching half cleared with the line. Its partner remains and may fall if nothing supports it. Plan for that second piece.
