About Air Hockey
Air Hockey is a mallet-and-puck match against the computer. Slide your mallet across your half of the table, defend the goal and send the puck through an open angle. The match goes to seven goals, and the available difficulty levels let you choose how much pressure the opponent applies.
Use the first attempt to learn how direction and power affect the result. A shot that misses still tells you whether the aim was high, low, early or late. Change one part of the setup on the next attempt, then watch the complete path before deciding what to adjust again.
How to play Air Hockey
- Protect your goal and send the puck into the computer’s goal.
- Move the mallet into the puck’s path before making an attacking touch.
- Use a side angle to send the puck past the defending mallet.
- Return to a defensive position after the shot.

Tips for a better round
- Do not leave the goal completely open while chasing a puck near the side wall.
- A controlled angled touch is easier to defend after than a wild push into the middle.
